Hey there Tracey.

Hope you are doing ok.

Tracey, please can I ask you a huge favour – please can you give me a few ideas:-

I have been asked to do a Bootcamp at a children’s school on Thursday for about 50 – 60 children aged around 12 – 15. They are all pretty fit, as it is the whole

Athletic team.

I am a little bit stressed as to the number of the group, and would really appreciate a few ideas from you , if you do not mind – I am very happy to pay you for your

Time and input…. It is going to be a kind of a trial session, and so I would really like to make sure that everything runs smoothly…..

Much appreciated – you are still my super hero.

Kind regards,

Gill.

Hey Gill,

What an opportunity for you... I am very excited for you. The few key things that I would do is #1 make it FUN and #2 make it FUN..Smile Since you have so many at one time, I would do it on a TIMED session. What I mean is each exercises do for the 1 minute so that each person can go at there own pace. I know you have my ebook and exercises so I would do something like the "Circuit 4 Life". It will hit all the body parts and is fast paced but you will have control over everyone since they stay on their mats or towels. To make it FUN I would have them do some cadence calls with you or where they have to yell out certain things to you at certain times. For the warm up have them do Jumping jacks spelling out their school and mascot for fun. Make some of the kids be up front to demonstrate and do the exercises and then switch them out. Hope this helpsSmile MAKE THEM LAUGHSmile
