Tracey: Some of my clients new to exercise complain about pain or burning sensation on the bottoms of their feet during exercise. Have you heard of this and what is it?

Hey Nancy,
I have had ladies with this and I always start with the shoes. Some people need to have shoes that fit them properly and are made for this type of exercise. They can go to most shoe places and talk to them about it. Most really good shoes places have a guarantee that if the shoes do not workout they can return them and try another pair. It is just the pressure points of the shoes verses the pressure points of the exercise.
