Here was a great question I was asked:

Thank you for sending me the free stuff its very helpful and i really appreciate it, i been working on launching my boot camps for a few months now as it is coming up to the end of winter over here in Melbourne, and spring is just around the corner :-).

I'm in the process of putting together a letter that i can send out to businesses around my local area.

What advice do you have from your experience of how to put together a fantastic letter that will create such a buzz about signing up for the boot camp classes?.

Thank you once again for all your help.

Have a great day!

This is how I responded:

Hey Robbie,
I am glad I can help. The key points to any advertising letter or flier are:
less is more (do not put to much info, you want them to go to your site)
testimonials (give a free BC in exchange for some)
call to action (they MUST respond in a given time frame)
contact info ( so they can get to your web site)
Benefits ( do not focus on your services but FOCUS on how it will benefit them)

Tracey
